Perry Barr Residential Scheme. Formally The Commonwealth Games Village.
The above scheme started out as the commonwealth games village but was then changed to be known as the Perry Barr Residential Scheme
The first phase of housing growth in Perry Barr is being delivered on the former Birmingham City University (BCU) Teaching Campus at Aldridge Road. Planning consent for this scheme of 1,414 homes was secured in December 2018.
We have been working closely with Briggs & Forrester Living to undertake the LTHW, BCWS and CAT 5 services within the shell and core for plot 7 which includes the plant room, tank room the whole of the below ground carpark below all 6 blocks, and the risers and laterals within the 6 No multi story blocks containing 265 apartments.
The project was carried out using welded heavy steel pipework, screwed pipework, and brazed copper pipework for the BCWS.
